Shipping Timeframe: While you may have selected a specific type of shipping, please note that orders take 5-7 business days to process, and then your type of shipping will be used (UPS, USPS, etc.)

International Shipping: Duties, Customs, and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Strangecvlt does not cover these expenses, so please shop accordingly.

Cancel Orders: Once your order has been confirmed in our system, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for order processing. Due to this, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been submitted in our system.

Sizing: We are a U.S. based company in the greater Los Angeles area, so our sizes are based on U.S. Women's sizes, but our shoes are for everyone. Below is a size chart for international customers:
